My wife and I contracted with Storms Painting to repair and clean our rain gutters on our home. In the past, I had done this myself but my schedule no longer allows me to do this.
Mr. Storms visited our home and did a thorough inspection of the project and answered my concerns about some items in particular. He then sent me a detailed estimate and followed it up with a telephone call asking me if he had answered all my concerns and questions. We agreed to the price and determined a start date for the project.
On the appointed date, Mr. Storm arrived, preformed and completed the work and then sent photos of the completed job. This was important because at the time, my wife and I were out of town while the work was being completed. We would have had no way to know until we rolled in the driveway to know if the work was done and to our satisfaction.
All the work was done properly, the bill was received and paid. We have more home work for 2020 and expect to employ Storms Painting again.
